Consulting
My consulting work is centered around operational and organizational excellence, with a strong focus on process optimization, structured implementation as well as sustainable performance improvement. I am particularly interested in how organizations can make processes more efficient, transparent, and scalable while aligning operational realities with the overall business and transformation goals.
In my career my work has increasingly combined hands-on optimization with stronger conceptual elements. From target operating considerations and process design to the question of how future ways of working (incl. using automation and AI) can be shaped more effectively. A growing area of interest is the use of AI agents and intelligent automation within the processes: not as technology for its own sake, but as a practical lever to improve workflows, decision-making, and execution quality in a meaningful way.

Lecturing
As an external lecturer, my goal is to explain complex topics in a structured, understandable and practical way. I believe it’s essential to connect theory and practice. So for me teaching is a way to turn theoretical concepts into clear, useful knowledge. My focus is on creating a learning environment that’s both challenging and understandable, with a strong connection to real-world experiences.

Exploring
Exploring is part of my strategy for escaping routine and discovering new perspectives outside familiar environments. Experiences in the mountains, on the water and in new situations create space for reflection, curiosity and a different kind of focus than in everyday professional life. It’s not about constant intensity, but about presence, adaptability and the value of seeing things from a different perspective.
For me, these experiences complement my professional work in a meaningful way. They sharpen resilience, promote openness to unfamiliar situations and often create the clarity that only comes when you break away from established structures. In this sense, exploring is less a separate hobby and more an opportunity to remain curious, grounded as well as open to new perspectives.
Creative Technology / AI
My interest in creative technology is based on the idea that digital tools can effectively expand human creativity. I actively explore various AI tools and methods (like methods for optimize prompting). As an example, I would particularly like to mention AI-supported music, which is a form of experimentation that combines structure, intuition and expression. I don’t see AI as a purely technical novelty, but as a medium for exploring new creative processes and thoughtful forms of digital creation, enabling us to develop more quickly from a human perspective.
